By downloading, installing, or using TeeShot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TeeShot is a mobile application that provides AI-powered golf tools including club recommendations, handicap tracking, ball flight analysis, and club distance management. The App is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App; (d) use the App to collect data about other users without their consent.

5. AI-Powered Recommendations

The App provides AI-generated recommendations as suggestions only. These recommendations are based on statistical analysis and should not be considered professional coaching advice. You assume all risk when acting on App suggestions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by TeeShot and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to their respective terms. Refunds are handled according to the applicable store policies.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeeShot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
